( The Senju house, home to one of Konoha's founding families and its current leader, was a central nexus in the fledgling village's organization. Every day, diplomats and emissaries, representatives and messengers would gather there to meet with the Hokage and his council. Many important issues related to the future of the village had been discussed and settled in the unassuming rooms of that residence. )
